Locations covered and families served:
The Idasill community in the Chichaoua region.
Aid was sent especially in the villages of Majdid, Tadrin, Aguz, and Tikidar to more than 300 families
Challenges:
The team assessed the situation in Tiktdirt village, which houses 60 families, and the Imi Tignsant , with 58 families.
Initially isolated due to landslides, now reopened by local authorities on Sept 10, 2023.
Next steps:
Requirement for food supplies and mattresses in Imi N’dounit community.
Distribution of tents, provision of blankets and clothing remain a priority in this phase
